Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance Information
BlueCross requires all appointed agents to maintain valid in-force E&O insurance. We require coverage of at least $1,000,000 per incident and $1,000,000 in aggregate coverage.
As a service to our valued agents, we have partnered with MGA Insurance Services and BCS Insurance Company to administer and underwrite an independent agents' E&O program. (MGA Insurance Services and BCS Insurance Company are separate insurance companies that do not provide BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina products or services. MGA Insurance Services and BCS Insurance Company are solely responsible.) We offer this valued opportunity to help you comply with our requirement, and perhaps even reduce your annual E&O costs.
